Chinese Shagang Announced to Remain Its List Prices for HRC Unchanged for November

The Chinese steelmaker Shagang announced to remain its list prices for hot rolled coils (HRC) and plates unchanged for November. After the adjustment, its prices for Q235 HRC with thickness of 5.5mm are at RMB3,550/ton; those for SPHC HRC with thickness of 3.0mm are at RMB3,600/ton; those for Q235 plates with thickness of 20mm are at RMB3,550/ton, 17% VAT included. Meanwhile, industry sources said that the major steelmakers in China such as Baosteel and Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) may keep their price flat for December.
