Although Taiwan's China Steel Corp. (CSC) has announced to keep its new price flat for next January and February, the company has still offered extra discount to its domestic customer for this December.
Thus, the situation has caused CSC to cut its December leeway offer price for hot roll coils and cold roll coils also.
Basically, CSC will cut its hot rolled coil (HRC) leeway price by NT$300/ton and reduce cold rolled coil (CRC) leeway prices by NT$400/ton.
After price cut, CSC's new HRC leeway price will be about NT$15,350~NT$16,350/ton and CRC will be NT$18,400~NT$18,800/ton.
However, CSC has not yet announced its leeway products release quantity in December. It is said the quantity should be about the same level as in this November.
