It’s reported that the Chinese steelmaker Shougang announced to keep its list prices for steel flat products unchanged for December. After the announcement, its list prices for Q235 hot rolled coils (HRC) with size of 4.75mm x 1,500mm are at RMB3,260/ton; those for SPCC cold rolled coils (CRC) with size of 1.0mm x 1,250mm are at RMB4,250/ton. Meanwhile, the above prices do not include 17% VAT and will become effective from December 1st, 2013.
