Power+Energy Inc(P+E)of Ivyland,PA,USA,which provides palladium-membrane-based hydrogen purifiers for the compound semiconductor and energy industries,for Gallium Nitride at the University of Cambridge.The micro-channel palladium purifier will be used in a new Aixtron MOCVD reactor to purify hydrogen for gallium nitride(GaN)research,says the firm.

The compact 9000C Series removes oxygen,moisture and carbon contamination to parts-per-trillion levels to assure a stable process regardless of source gas quality or flow rate.
