According to the Turkish statistics institute (TUIK) in January of this year, Turkish import stainless steel coil for a total of 29072 tons, down 8.5%, growth of 9% year-on-year.
In January, the imports of stainless steel coil produced a total of $73.3 million, fell year-on-year by 15.2%, growth of 8.7%.
China Taiwan become the biggest export stainless steel coil in this region which exports is 7382 tons; Germany is 3122 tons, become the second largest exporter. Finland is 2655 tons in the third place.
Turkey import stainless steel coil for a total of 355540 tons year-on-year by 0.8% in 2012.
