Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co., Ltd. vice president June 19 said at the 2013 global construction machinery industry conference that the company is considering building plants in Russia and South Africa.
Earlier Zoomlion Heavy Industry and India's Elec--troMech signed a joint venture plant agreement in Changsha; the facility is Zoomlion's first overseas directly invested project and mainly manufactures tower cranes. The plant is Zoomlion's second overseas base after taking over Italy's CIFA in 2008 and the first overseas base for tower crane business.
