The bi monthly SteelBenchmarker TM Chinese HRB ex works price rose 1.4%to USD 525 per tonne,after falling two consecutive times.The World export HRB price was flat at USD 553 per ton,FOB the port of export,after rising four consecutive times.Western European HRB price surged 4.0%to USD 628 per tonne(on a Euro basis,it increased 2.4%),ex works,for the third consecutive time.The United States HRB spot price slipped 0.4%to USD 702 per metric ton,FOB the mill,after rising three consecutive times.
