The standard covers the EMC requirements for non-radio equipment intended to be used within a public telecommunications network, which provides telecommunications between Network Termination Points (NTPs) (i.e. excluding terminal equipment beyond the NTPs). ETSI target date of Citation in the OJ is 2012-12-04.
Major changes:
The scope of this revision is to clarify the requirements in clause 11.2.2 "Operational condition,immunity" and update the normative references.
