The MOFCOM issued announcement No. 23 of 2015 on July 23, deciding to launch anti-dumping investigation into the grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel imported from Japan, South Korea and EU. The tariff number of the import was 72251100 and 72261100 in the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China.
According to Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce will launch investigation into the dumping and margin of dumping of the grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel imported from Japan, South Korea and EU, and its damage and degree of damage to China’s domestic products and industry of the same kind.
