The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China issued the No.22 Announcement 2015 on July 14, deciding to conduct the anti-dumping registration and investigation against the imported acylic fibers originating in Japan, Korea and Turkey from now on. The English name of the product involved in this anti-dumping investigation is Polyacrylonitrile Fiber or Acrylic Fiber, listed in the terms 55013000、55033000、55063000 of the Customs Tariff of Import & Export Commodities of PRC.
According to the regulations of the PRC's Regulations on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce will conduct the investigation on the dumping and the duping degree of the above imported products originating in Japan, Korea and Turkey and their damage and the damage degree to the competing products and industries of China from now on.
