PrimusLabs has selected Roka Bioscience's Atlas System, an automated molecular system for food pathogen detection.
The company will install the pathogen detection system at its microbiological laboratories in California, Arizona, and Florida in the US as well as Mexicali, Baja California in Mexico.
The Atlas molecular system is claimed to improve accuracy of food safety testing through the detection of molecular pathogens, and provide rapid test results, while improving laboratory efficiencies and lowering associated labor costs.
