The European Union has applied anti-dumping duty at the rate of 42.1% for Chinese manufacturers of solar glass. On investigation, it was stated at the beginning of February 2013. For companies that have cooperated with the EU in the course of investigation set to a lower level of fees: Henan Yuhua - 38,4%, Hehe Group - 32,3% and Xinyi Group - 39.3%.
The recent influx of cheap solar glass from China made enormous pressure on European manufacturers. The EU believes that the introduction of these duties on Chinese imports may allow European producers, which ceased production again to resume it.
