High-end colour management and proofing software developer GMG has appointed Will Hearn as its sales executive responsible for the southern region. Hearn began working within the graphics supplies sector over 20 years ago.

Recruitment consultancy The Advocate Group has appointed Tim Kelly as its new chairman. Kelly has worked for some of the largest brands within the FMCG sector holding senior roles at companies including Premier Foods, Diageo USA, and at Coca Cola/Schweppes where he was marketing director. Gordon Philip has joined returnable transit packaging (RTP) specialist PHS Teacrate as general manager, following the departure of managing director David Wicks. He has previously worked as a commercial director and in procurement and IT functions. Wicks is leaving the PHS Group to pursue other professional and personal interests.
Tosaf, manufacturer of compounds and additives, has announced that Roger Alba will be the new sales manager for its offices in Spain. David Alarcón Pérez will be heading the local colour division in Barcelona. Alba said: "Tosaf Iberica will be a first address in the region for compounders and plastics processors, searching for a comprehensive consultancy and reliable, short term delivery of top quality additives."
