Yao Jian, spokesperson of the Ministry, said in the press conferences on structural adjustment of foreign trade that dialogue and consultations should be the right choice to settle trade disputes on investigations of Chinese photovoltaic products. China is firmly against restrictions set by EU on Chinese photovoltaic products. "We are not willing to see trade wars. Howerer, if EU insists on settling restrictions, we will earnestly protect Chinese enterprices' rights and interests."said Yao Jian.
He expressed that trade data reflected the current economic situation and we're supported by the real economy. "" As to those questions, measures will be taken to control, including foreign exchange, statistics and trade management" he said.
