US-based privately held medical device company RSB Spine has inked an exclusive distribution and licensing agreement with JMF (T) Group, a Thailand company of German manufacturer of spinal and orthopedic implants Mahe Medical.
As per the exclusive distribution, the products manufactured by RSB Spine will be distributed by JMF in Asia. In Europe and South America, it will be distributed by Mahe Medical.
JMF distributes medical products on an exclusive basis.
Mahe Medical will commence the process of gaining CE Mark for RSB Spine's products in Europe, while sales of RSB products will start in the third quarter of 2013 in Asia.
RSB Spine CEO John Redmond said, "We feel that JMF and Mahe have the right mix of distribution and manufacturing expertise to make this a mutually beneficial partnership that will increase our revenue and give us opportunities in new markets for our existing portfolio and our future new products."
