Modern Water plc has entered into a product development contract with global agrochemical company United Phosphorous Inc (UPI) to develop and supply a new herbicide testing system. The new test system will detect Endothall, an aquatic herbicide used in rivers, streams, irrigation canals, lakes and other waterways to control Hydrilla and other vegetation. This product development contract is part of a 13-year collaboration between UPI and Modern Water's monitoring division involving the development and production of testing products and will provide UPI with an exclusive license to use and distribute the new test kits.
