Designed for maintaining the texture and quality of chocolate, the FR 500 flow-wrapper is entirely electronic and includes a multi-axis control that synchronizes the main machine movements. It can wrap chocolate bars at up to 600 packs/min and is designed to be integrated in medium/high speed lines.
To demonstrate the qualities of the equipment, the FR 500 will be presented in an automated flow-wrapping line on Ulma's (Hall 08B stand C74) at the Dusseldorf Fairgrounds, along with a row distribution system, product buffering and recycling, product orientation and automatic indexing.
In addition to the FR 500, an array of Ulma's extensive flow-wrapping, thermoforming and tray sealing range of equipment and automated lines will be on display, including the Artic Side Seal, Atlanta, TFS 400 thermoformer, TFS 500, TS 1000 tray sealer, TFS 407, TSA 680, VTC 700 vertical wrapper and VTI 540.
