Reumofan Plus USA and Reumofan USA has recalled Reumofan Plus Tablets over labeling issue.
The company initiated the recall after finding that the product was distributed in packaging that did not disclose the presence of the active pharmaceutical ingredients, making it an unapproved drug.
The products are said to contain active pharmaceutical ingredients: methocarbamol, dexamethasone, and diclofenac which are undeclared, and their use could result in serious and life-threatening injuries.
Reumofan Plus, which comes in thirty tablet containers, is packaged in a green and gold box and was distributed across the US through internet sales.
Reumofan Plus USA and Reumofan USA completely ceased the distribution of the product.
