New Zealand (NZ)-based Future Fresh has redesigned ExtraFresh packs in a bid to retain freshness for long.
To develop a cost effective and environmentally responsible solution to ethylene control for household consumers, the team at Future Fresh set out to redesign ExtraFresh for the New Zealand market.
The packs manufactured locally (reducing carbon footprint) remains simple to use, and requires minimal packaging, according to freshplaza.com.
ExtraFresh is said to be non-toxic and fosters no bacterial growth, and it does not give off harmful vapors and can be discarded with regular trash.
ExtraFresh with 60 days of freshness retails at NZ$5.
