Austrian confectionery manufacturer Manner has teamed up with Greiner Packaging International for new packaging for its Casali Coconuts snacks.
The new contour-shaped cup performs better with its handling benefits. The material is virtually unbreakable and the lid fits tightly, providing for optimum product protection and reclosability, According to the company.
The cup is manufactured from PP with a diameter of 95mm and can hold 160g - shaped for 34 Casali Coconuts precisely. It is decorated by sleeving and the lid is thermoformed from transparent PET foil and decorated with a label.
Greiner Packaging International Division K head Kenneth Boldog said the new cup for Casali Coconuts is an example of convenient packaging that meets demands of consumers.
"Products in the confectionary sector are increasingly characterized by the convenience megatrend," Boldog added.
Greiner Packaging, headquartered in Kremsmünster, Austria operates as a subsidiary of Greiner Holding. The company develops and manufactures plastic packaging products and solutions for food and beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
