Menasha Packaging announced that it won 18 of POPAI’s Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) Awards at GlobalShop 2013 in Chicago, Illinois.
The packaging company won three gold, seven silver and eight bronze awards in nine categories,which included: Convenience Store Retailer, Drug Store Retailer, Grocery and General Merchandise Products, Hair and Skin Care, Health Care, Home and Garden Mass Merchandise Retailer, Services and Transportation, Snack Products and Soft Drinks, and Supermarket Retailer.
Menasha Packaging marketing vice president Dennis Bonn said in a field where there were over 60 competitors and more than 450 total entries, only one firm managed to win more awards than Menasha Packaging.
"An OMA Award is among the highest recognition in marketing at-retail, and we are honored to be recognized," said Boon.
"Our team continues to work hard creating innovative and effective in-store and at-retail displays for our consumer packaged goods (CPG) customers."
Entries are assessed on design, engineering, shopper engagement, retail experience, brand performance and sales results.
