France-based Ulma Packaging has unveiled FR 305 - a new horizontal flow wrapper in UK for fruit and vegetable fresh produce, bakery, confectionery, snacks and general food markets.
The FR 305 has been built around an advanced PC processor with a capacity to store around 99 different packaging profiles.
This flow wrapper features two electronically synchronised independent motors, two meter long standard in-feed conveyor, along with an easy access reel holder to simplify the loading of heavy film rolls.
The FR 305, with a longitudinal sealing system, can manage the bag length, pusher position and the height adjustment with the help of a touch screen, while machine status, parameters settings and fault diagnostics can also be handled using the same screen.
In addition, the FR 305 can be customized using various options, including shrink film variant, a D-cam type jaw version for laminated films, a stainless steel model suitable for wet or high risk environments along with several auto feeding solutions.
Ulma Packaging sales director Derek Paterson said that FR 305 is an advanced food packer that is made with the integration of automation and display machines into one single solution.
