Canadian recycling company Greys Paper Recycling Industries has launched its new line of recycled paper products, which have been produced using closed loop recycling method.
Greys Paper Recycling Industries CEO Rajan Ahluwalia said the facility manufactures products using 100% waste paper, metronews.ca reported.
"We are converting about 40 tonnes of paper a day, so in a year we take about 14,400 tonnes out of the waste stream," Ahluwalia said.
In the recycling process, the company uses a combination of recycled pulp and cotton, instead of blending new, recycled pulp.
The $20m plant is expected to become fully operational in one month.
