Perth-based Quick Corporate's acquisition of fellow ASA Australia member Universal Office Supplies will take effect on 1 February.
ASA Australia general manager Siobhan Tagell said:” Universal Office Supplies will cease to be an independent dealer and we would like to thank Graham and Liora Shulman for their valuable contribution to the ASA group since joining us in 2005.
“ASA Australia will continue to seek membership growth from within the office products market forging partnerships with the best independent dealers, and maintain formidable ties with our supplier family.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank the industry for its on-going support and assure everyone that ASA Australia members will continue to be the leading independent dealer group in the industry,” she said.
