US-based packaging on-demand packaging solutions provider Packsize International has revealed plans to implement iQ FUSION, which enables the packaging firm to reach out to a broader set of on-demand packaging customers.
iQ FUSION is the firm's first within a new batch of corrugated converting machines that has a 48ft2 working footprint and can be placed in any pack line, and utilizes corrugated z-Fold in box-making function.
By creating a custom-sized box for each of the shipped products, iQ FUSION, thereby, reduces shipping complexities and resolves inventory issues.
According to the firm, this just-in-time solution increases a firm's savings by about 35%, with decreased damage rates and less waste, while the Packsize EM7-25 bestowed with an award would continue to fulfill larger box-size needs for customers.
