Tetra Pak has announced new developments to its packaging solutions portfolio, which deliver better response times for customers in meeting changing consumer needs while reducing packaging equipment investment.
As part of its developments, the company is launching a One-Step Opening (OSO) on the Tetra Evero Aseptic, which offers double safety features due to the tamper evidence ring and a neck membrane.
The Tetra Evero Aseptic with OSO also enables customers to offer an easy to open, handle and pour from carton bottle.
Customers with the TBA/19 Retrofitability Kit for 200 Slim, 250 Base and 125 Slim can be able to retrofit their existing filling lines, enabling them to produce the new Tetra Brik Aseptic 200 and 250 Edge.
According to the Swedish food processing and packaging company, the new Tetra Pak A3/Speed filling machine, which has a maximum production capacity of 24,000 portion packs per hour, is available for Tetra Prisma Aseptic 200 and 250 portion packs.
Tetra Pak marketing and product management vice president Charles Brand said, "These developments demonstrate our focus on value-driven innovation, offering a broader packaging portfolio, increasing operational efficiency and faster speed to market, enabling our customers to respond to ever changing consumer demands."
