Metsta Board Plans to Increase The Prices of All Kemiart White-Top Kraftliner Grades

Metsta Board has announced its plans to increase the prices of all Kemiart white-top kraftliner grades by Euro 50/t in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The price increase, which is effective for deliveries as of 8 April 2013, is needed to counter the effects of a continued rise in production costs.

Finland-based Metsta Board supplies paper, produces fresh forest fiber cartonboards and manufactures coated white-top kraftliners.

The company provides paperboards and papers for consumer and retail packaging, graphics and office end-uses. Its paperboard is primarily used for the packaging of beautycare and healthcare products, foods, cigarettes, and consumer durables as well as graphics.
