Heineken Announced The Launch of a New Packaging Design

New Zealand’s beer brand Heineken has announced the launch of a new packaging design which focuses on three design elements.

The color, Heineken green, in the new packaging stands for honesty, freshness, purity and confidence and the red star which acts as a sign of quality is placed on the front of the pack.

The Heineken wordmark has been crafted to communicate the brand's strength.

According to Heineken, the new packaging will feature across the six-pack bottle, six-pack can, 12-pack bottle, 15-pack bottle and 24-pack bottle variants and the new designs will launch across all consumer and trade shipper packs.

In order to differentiate the 4x6pack from the consumer facing 24-pack, a bespoke trade shipper pack has been created. The packaging incorporates a simple design layout with a two-tone color pallet of green, set within a cardboard brown background.
