Lamina Packaging Innovations and LAFCO have entered into an agreement by which LAFCO benefits from several patents in Lamina Packaging Innovations' technology portfolio.
The agreement, which includes a patent portfolio license, will give LAFCO access to all of Lamina's packaging technology.
Lamina Packaging Innovations president Michael Connelly said LAFCO, an American company, has established itself in the market by relying on packaging as a sales driver.
"Packaging is crucial to both conveying a product message and to differentiation in the marketplace," added Connelly.
