Consumer product packaging services provider in the US RitePack has announced the acquisition of the operations of the KMG-Bernuth facility at Kansas.
The acquisition of the chemicals producer and distributor is expected to improve RitePack's blending, filling and packaging operations to better support the requirements of existing and ongoing customers.
RitePack operated two facilities, one in St Joseph, Missouri and the other in Wathena, Kansas, prior to the acquisition of the KMG facility.
The company has capabilities ranging from filling folding cartons and poly bags to high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cylinders/F-Style bottles and paper bags.
The parties have not disclosed the purchase price.
