US-based reconfigurable conveyor systems manufacturer Dynamic Conveyor has unveiled a new line of food grade conveyor - DynaClean line, which is designed to cater to the requirements of food processors and food packagers.
According to the company, the design of DynaClean conveyors allows the manufacturers to clean easily and offers flexibility in configuring and reconfiguring, compared with traditional stainless steel conveyors.
The design of the system is simple with no mechanical belt tensioners, external bearings or need for lubrication and can be altered as per the food processing or packaging requirements without the use of tools.
DynaClean conveyor is made of plastic and stainless steel materials that meet NSF, FDA, USDA and BISCC standards, the company said.
The materials used to built the system are claimed to be corrosion resistant, non-toxic, non-absorbent and temperature resistant. Its components do not retain harmful bacteria, odors or cleaning agents.
Quick cleaning can be done using the optional belt lifters to access the internal components of the conveyor.
With the addition of the new food processing conveyor, Dynamic Conveyor unites with the Michigan Food Processors Association (MFPA).
MFPA is an industry association that works on behalf of food, fruit and vegetable processors and related companies and organizations that operate in the Michigan region. It offers services including timely and informative conferences, concise and meaningful newsletters and networking opportunities.
