UK-based Citizen has launched CL-S6621, a 6-inch label printer with a range of features in the market, which is said to save valuable desk space for customers.
The CL-S6621 is 60% smaller than the next largest 6-inch printer, and half the price, according to the company.
It is a 6-inch version of the CL-S621, narrowing the gap between 4 and 8-inch printers, and an addition to the range of Citizen industrial desktops.
The printer is claimed to boost print quality and reliability, which includes ARCP automatic tension system that gives clearer prints.
It incorporates Citizen's Hi-Lift mechanism, which enables precision printing with an ergonomic paper lifter & easier media loading.
It also features Cross-Emulation, which automatically detects the code sent to the unit and switches the printer from Datamax to ZPL emulation/vice-versa, offering full compatibility.
Citizen Systems Europe operates from locations throughout Europe covering the EMEA region. It offers a range of printers for industrial, retail, healthcare and mobile applications specializing in label, barcode, portable and point-of-sale printers.
