New West Midlands Site Marks an Exciting New Chapter for Quantum

Quantum Leaps to New West Midlands Site

The new premises provide 30,227 sq.ft of modern warehouse/industrial accommodation with a total site area of approximately 2.08 acres and with a very prominent frontage to the busy A461.

The company's sales director Giles Foden told?Packaging News:"We relocated over the Christmas period.

"This marks an exciting new chapter for Quantum and the business will now be able to further sustainably expand and fully realise the potential of recent major investments made on modern production machinery.The new factory has given us the opportunity to plan a production layout that enables a seamless work flow from start to finish which reduces downtime.

The company's new premises will no doubt allow it to expand on its standard and bespoke carton output.The new factory unit consists of?a production area?and a 500+pallet warehouse.It eneables in-house production that utilises plate making kit,B1 multi colour presses,new die cutters and the UK's first Heidelberg Diana gluer.

"Whilst maintaining our core beliefs we are able to offer our customers an improved resource throughout the production processes which will benefit them in terms of turnaround,increased flexibility and supplier capacity,"Foden said."We can now also accommodate future investment in keeping with our strategy of offering our existing and prospective customers the very best product and service available.This has been a well excecuted move which will cultivate the future sustainable growth of the business.
