U.S. manufacturers saw a rebound last month as production grew by the most in six months, according to a report from Bloomberg. American factories produced more cars, chemicals and business equipment, fueling a 0.8 percent increase as the harsh winter draws to a close and warmer weather signals a potential for continued growth.
Here’s the report from Bloomberg:
The report comes less than a week after the U.S. Census Bureau issued a separate report showing that manufacturing and trade sales fell by 0.9 percent in January. Meanwhile inventories saw a slight increase of 0.4 percent.
