The average home prices in 100 major cities in China rose 0.68% in Novermber from October to RMB10758 per sq m, according to a natioingl property price index released by the China Index Academy Sunday. This marked the 18th consecutive month of increases since June 2012. The increase is 0.56 percentage points lower compared with the previous month and is the lowest increase this year. The previous month and is the lowest increase this year. The index also shows that property prices in 69 cities grew m-o-m in NOV, while 31 cities posted a decline m-o-m.
