China Steel Corp. (CSC), one of the major blast furnace mills and also the major carbon steel products manufacturers in Taiwan, said due to the company's price rise for October and November and the coming traditional hot market in this fourth quarter, the situation pushed CSC's users to become more willing to pick up their orders recently. In September, CSC has shipped more than 800,000 tons of steel products. After calculating the total shipping quantity from both CSC and its subsidiary company Dragon Steel, the total shipping volumes in September was 1.05 million tons, the number was not only higher than mill's expecting, but also hit the record high since this April.
