According to the data from Gartner, the global PC shipments will continue to decline in 2013. Gartner notebook PC is defined as desktop computer, traditional concepts, and hybrid tablet such as portable PC, they predict such PC shipments will decline by 8.4% in 2013. Gartner predicts tablet shipments will continue to rise, the tablet shipments can achieve 53.4% growth in 2013.
