After Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), one of the major stainless steel producers in Taiwan released new prices for October, Taiwanese major stainless steel wire rod mills Yieh Hsing and Walsin Lihwa released the new prices for October yesterday. The two major stainless steel wire rod makers both announced to cut the prices of stainless steel wire rods by NT$2,000/ton for October. It's known that the two mills decided to cut wire rod prices for October due to stable weak, in spite of stable nickel prices. Also, the two mills expected the price cut could stimulate the market demand.
