UK-based HepcoMotion will display its suite of linear motion technology for manufacturers of packaging and processing machinery at PPMA Show 2017.
The company will exhibit its components at stand F60, hall 5. The company offers a range of high speed and accurate solutions, that are apt for the processing and packaging sectors.
The firm will also showcase its extended transport system, the GFX Hepco guidance system for Beckhoff XTS, which uses PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance systems of Hepco.
To meet the demand of the higher duty XTS applications, the systems are induced with the XTS circuit linear system of Beckhoff.
With the integration of the technology, Hepco will customize the production processes by offering robust, high production and flexible solution to its users.
A variable speed lane divider and a double-sided system for a compact application will utilize the solutions.
The GV3, the core V guide linear system of Hepco will also be displayed at the PPMA Show 2017.
The GV3 system will offer a suite of automation and linear applications such as telescopic pick and place gantry, transport system and multi-lane row divider. With high accuracy, GV3 also delivers speeds of eight meters per second.
Hepco will also demonstrate its DTS belt driven track system, which is used for high positional accuracy and a demanding duty cycle packaging application.
The DTS system will be integrated with the existing assembly machine. An integrated package with transmission and mounting components will be provided to save design and build time.
