CISA's Priority Regarding Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform Is to Expand Trade Volumes

China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) said at an internal meeting on January 5th 2013 that a priority regarding iron ore spot trading platform this year is to expand trade volumes, adding that members, especially large businesses, should be the role models to increase orders through the platform. CISA proclaimed that they set goals and the members should try to meet the objectives. CISA will continue to push for better result on China iron ore trading platform and try to encourage over miners to increase resources through it. China iron ore trading platform started in January 2012, currently it has 189 members.
