French luxury group PPR and Italian online fashion retailer Yoox are holding commercial discussions to examine the possibility of working together on an e-commerce project
"No definitive agreement has been signed to date,"PPR said in a statement.
Shares in Yoox rose more than 10 percent after reports that PPR luxury products would be sold through the Italian company's digital platform,according to Reuters.
