Pentaplast Will Open a Service Centre for Foils with Attached Warehouse in St.Petersburg

The foil manufacturer Klöckner Pentaplast will open a service centre for foils with attached warehouse in St. Petersburg, Russia, in the spring of 2012. KP already runs a production site in St. Petersburg under the name Klöckner Pentaplast RUS aligned to the production of foils for the pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs industries. Using the new service centre as a base and with staff specially trained in surface foils, KP aims to sell not only a standard warehouse range of Pentadecor furniture foils but also cut-to-size decors for the Russian market. KP is already represented in Shanghai, China, with a service centre for 3D foils. The KP product range for the furniture industry includes polyester foils for processing on 3D membrane presses and PVC foils for 2D applications, such as the lamination of flat furniture surfaces or the coating of wood, metal and plastic profiles.
