British Bakels has purchased a twin tube intermittent packaging machine TG250LFT from HayssenSandiacre, which produces readymade piping bags, using its specially modified jaws.
The machine reduces floor space compared to two single machines and doubles the production output. Each side of it can work independently, allowing total flexibility on pack sizes and weights.
The required dose is directly fed into the bag by individual dosing pumps mounted on each side of the bag maker through two variable speed conveyors.
Controls for both the printers and bag maker are located in one area and allow for better usage.
British Bakels, which is an existing customer of HayssenSandiacre, already owns a TG250L that is being used to pack their range of cake mix products.
