New Eco-Friendly, Recyclable Label Stocks Has Been Introduced by Consolidated Label

Custom labels manufacturer in the US Consolidated Label has announced the addition of new recyclable and environmentally friendly label stocks to its label material collection.

Consolidated Label president Joel Carmany said the company felt the need to meet the demands of the businesses, as most of them are implementing green initiatives to their operations.

"By adding these label stocks to our collection, we can give our customers more options when it comes to picking label materials for their products," Carmany said.

According to the company, the new label stock added to the collection include the PCW1810 MACcopy and the Fasson 54# Semi-Gloss PCW.

The standard weight, flexible stock PCW1810 MACcopy uses 100% post consumer waste uncoated facestock. The stock is typically used for asset and inventory tags, shipping and address labels as well as for retail products.

The Fasson 54# Semi-Gloss PCW supercalendered, lightweight, coated facestock, which contains 30% post consumer waste, offers a balance of economy and performance stock.

Certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the material also has an enhanced print surface for rich graphics on custom printed labels.
