Rieke Dispensing is adding two new small size packs to its range of airless dispensers.
Developed to meet market requirements for convenient size packaging in handy, non-leak travel formats, the new Mini Airless variants have been released in two sizes, 15ml and 30ml, and are available each delivering a 0.3ml dose.
They incorporate a specially-developed new pump system, and Rieke's 'Clear Path Technology' makes sure that the spring mechanism does not come into contact with the product formula to provide protection for sensitive products.
A new static airtight valve averts any intake of air during the operation of the pump and when the pump is not in use, it is said to be completely leak resistant.
The Mini Airless packs feature Rieke's pioneering HVDS (high viscosity dispensing system) which lets them handle products with a high viscosity.
The piston system fits inside the diameter of the container to ensure no product clings to the side during dispensing. The piston interlocks with the base of the pump to make sure all product has been dispensed, once the container is empty.
