Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Zalkin’s management team and employees will continue to operate from their facilities in Montreuil L’Argillé and Rueil-Malmaison in France.
Pro Mach announced in December last year it had moved for the capping machinery manufacturer , of which it owned a minority stake.
The two companies have been doing business together for over 40 years now.
Pro Mach is one of North America’s largest packaging machinery and integrated system providers, with more than 20 equipment brands sold throughout the world.

Zalkin, founded in 1932, produces screw, push-on, and Roll-on Pilfer Proof (ROPP) capping machines, as well as cap sorters, elevators, and decappers.
The firm has customers in various industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and industrial products.
