German company Vemag has unveiled its new upgraded vacuum filler,HP30E,which is useful for the food industry.
Designed for use in large production processes such as meat and cheese processing,the new machine can handle filling rates of nearly 25 tons per hour,and works on Vemag's Duo-Drive technology,reported foodproductiondaily.com.
Easy to clean and maintain,the HP30E features a feed screw that can be easily dismantled for a free access of feed seals.
Besides,it has removable housing covers on both the sides to make the inner workings simple.
The company said HP30E can house a variety of attachments,and can cope with filling,clipping,grinding or separating,meeting the demand for high flexibility on the production line.
In addition,it is operated with double screws for careful product handling and maximum weight accuracy.
Vemag has displayed the product at the FachPack trade show in Nuremberg,Germany.
