UK-based food company Baxters is introducing five new soup flavours in time for winter. The company has also enhanced 14 of its existing recipes as well as overhauling the packaging across its soup ranges.
In the traditional favourites range, the company is introducing two new variants: Golden Vegetable and Beef & Vegetable. Chicken Broth, Lentil & Bacon, Scotch Broth, Royal Game, Cock-a-leekie and Highlanders Broth have all had their recipes improved, reported Fdin.org.uk.
Baxters is also launching a new Garden Pea & Mint variety and the Italian Tomato with Basil and Butternut Squash & Red Pepper with improved recipes. Beef & Vegetable is also the new variant in the Chunky family, a range of more filling soups.
A new Fragrant Thai Vegetable flavour has been added to Baxters' Deli Inspired range. The new range will be available in all major UK supermarkets from October 2012.
