Packaging manufacturer Priority Plastics has acquired CCW Products in the US. The acquisition is set to expand the company’s footprint across the country, besides increasing its product offerings.
The combination of CCW's packaging with the existing stock products, custom design and molding process of Priority will bring more solutions to their customers and the combined companies are said to exceed $70m in sales.
CCW Products president David TenEyck said the company's packaging will be integrated with the Priority product line under the leadership of Andrew Srenco.
"I am very pleased with the acquisition and am happy to assist with the changeover," said TenEyck said.
CCW manufactures wide mouth PVC and PET plastic containers and has annual sales exceeding $19m. Its 80,000ft2 Denver facility will increase product and shipping options for Priority customers.
