Pro Mach is set to exhibit expanded line of capping solutions under Zalkin brand at this year’s Interpack event in Germany, which will take place from 4 to 10 May.
Zalkin produces a range of capping machinery and cap sorting and feeding systems for the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, personal care, household goods, and distilled spirits industries.
The brand includes an advanced line of capping solutions, comprising of inline and rotary capping machines.
At the event, the firm will also showcase NJM Packaging Beltorque model inline capping machines for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pacific Packaging Machinery’s Pack West model inline machines for consumer and industrial applications.
Zalkin’s new TM300 FILLCAPP is a single-head stand-alone capper with integrated filling capabilities, which holds capacity to fill and cap up to 30 containers per minute (CPM) and around 60 CPM for two-station models.
The automated filling and capping machine is suitable for production runs that need both quick changeover and fast clean-in-place capability, and is ideal for space constrained operations.
Zalkin wil also exhibit TM series single-head capping machine, which is ideal for sealing, screw-capping, and push-on capping at rates up to 60 CPM. It will also exhibit roll on pilfer proof and pump capping solutions.
Beltorque model inline capper for the pharmaceutical industry will also be exhibited at the event. Featuring synchronized belts, the Beltorque models will run at up to 300 CPM and handle screwing caps on different types of bottles.
In addition, Beltorque machines can be used in snap closure and retorquing applications
Pack West model capping machines were developed for screw-on and press-on applications. These inline model automatic spindle cappers can produce sizes up to 135mm without the need for cap or container handling change parts.
